Meet Sandra

Sandra Williams, Owner & Photo Solutions Specialist, Infinity Photo Solutions

Since 2001, I have been helping people in the Northern Virginia, Maryland, & DC area organize their printed and digital photos and showcase their life stories through treasured albums, photo books, slideshows, and personalized gifts. And with the expansion of remote technology and resources, I can help people all around the world solve their “photo chaos” and enjoy their photos again.

I have been passionate about photos and the stories behind them from a young age. Even as a child, I always carried a camera with me (WAY before they fit in your back pocket!) and made albums and scrapbooks to remember the people and stories in my life. Photographs document our history, but more important to me are the connections they make between people. I have seen first-hand how albums filled with photos and stories bring people together, instill confidence and joy, and communicate love.

My love of photos and the stories behind them, married with my professional background in counseling (I’m a former college career counselor), makes being a professional Photo Manager a natural fit for me! I truly enjoy working with people to help them organize, preserve, and tell stories with their photos. As a long-standing Certified Member of The Photo Managers, I am continuously learning and training in photo management and product development. I love to research new technology to store and share photos, learn the most efficient systems for our important photos and memorabilia, and seek out quality products for photo books and gifts.

 About Infinity Photo Solutions

Infinity Photo Solutions was founded in 2013 to fill a growing need. With "phone photography" rapidly rising year after year, and all the technical challenges that came along with it, we saw people becoming too overwhelmed with their photos to actually enjoy them. Digital pictures were lingering precariously on devices, physical prints were staying hidden in boxes and drawers, and people were stressed about finding their photos, or more important, losing them completely. Our company was designed to alleviate that stress. With our expertise in photo organization and management, we provide individualized solutions to help you organize, preserve, and enjoy your photos again.

Our name, Infinity Photo Solutions, was inspired by the fact that in today’s digital world, we are taking more photos than ever before. Our computers, phones, and cloud accounts are expanding rapidly to store the thousands of images we take each year. And many of us have accumulated large, multi-generational printed photo collections that leave us feeling overwhelmed and anxious about how to organize, store and protect our precious photos.

Our logo was designed to illustrate the journey of photos from their beginning (the camera) to a place where they can be enjoyed (a photo book), and the border represents the infinity symbol (albeit square!). This exemplifies our mission of helping families to organize, preserve, and ultimately enjoy their photos and memories.

If you are feeling overwhelmed with your “digital disarray” or piles of printed photos, need a photo book or other photo gift created for you, or have any other photo-related challenges, please contact us to discuss your needs. It would be our joy and privilege to assist you.

“Knowing how important our thousands of family pictures were to us, as my husband and I downsized to move to a Retirement Community, I was distressed by the magnitude of it all, and any way I could think of to preserve and handle them was overwhelming. Then someone recommended Sandra Williams to me as a resource and photo organizer. During the past two years I have worked with her regularly; she has relieved my anxiety and despair, helped me to think through my goals and translate these goals into realities of organization for both preservation and future use in albums, letters, cards, posters, etc. by me and my family. Sandra’s kindness, patience, knowledge and work ethic are invaluable and have enriched my life and enabled me to feel in charge of my precious memories. I am thankful that I have this wonderful accessible lifelong, manageable collection to leave as a legacy for our daughters and grandchildren. It is all because of Sandra. She is a gift –for a fee, of course– and a most valuable one!”
